The DECON team decommissioned chemical and food silos with storage capacities as high as 60,000-gallons Tasks conducted by the DECON team included:

• Applied for and obtained the required environmental permits,
• Decontaminating the silos
• Sampling and analysis confirmation clean samples
• Preparing the closure report and obtaining environmental closure for the silos
