The DECON team conducted air discharge permitting for the Dean Foods Berkeley Farms facility 300,000-gallon per day wastewater treatment plant. Tasks conducted by the DECON team included:

• Conducting air discharge monitoring to obtain performance parameters for the wastewater treatment plant
• Completing and submitting the applicable air charge permit applications.
• Obtaining the required air discharge Permit to Construct
• Conducting performance confirmation monitoring wastewater treatment system air discharge
• Presenting confirmation sample results to the Air Quality Management District
• Obtaining the required Authority to Operate the wastewater treatment Plant
