The DECON Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) PE Inspection and Certification team has over 20 years of experience conducting inspections of and issuing certifications for over 100 hazardous waste aboveground storage tank (AST) systems.  Clients include national automobile oil change service companies, international food and beverage companies, and federal government agencies.  The ASTs were inspected and evaluated to the requirements of the governing CUPA, which uses the applicable tank standards for the storage of hazardous wastes per Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, Sections 66265.192 et seq. as the requirement for CUPA Professional Engineer (PE) Certification of aboveground hazardous waste storage tank systems.  The DECON team applied our inspection and certification experience to confirm that the AST systems met the requirements for a CUPE PE certification, while minimizing the impact to the daily operation of the facility and minimizing the amount of generated waste.
